1. Event

The Organizer is producing MALAIA26, an AI conference and hackathon for builders, taking place from 2–4 October 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The final venue is currently TBD and will be communicated to the Sponsor once confirmed.

2. Sponsorship Tier

The Sponsor agrees to participate as the Title Partner of MALAIA26.

  • Sponsorship Fee: USD 100,000
  • Available Slots: 1

3. Sponsorship Benefits

The Sponsor will receive:

  • 12 event passes
  • Keynote speaking slot
  • Hosted workshop, 90 minutes
  • Premier booth placement
  • Logo placement on all relevant event collateral
  • Naming rights as Title Partner
  • Mainstage branding
  • Hotel and chauffeur support, subject to final event logistics
  • Priority visibility across official MALAIA26 sponsor communications

4. Payment Terms

The Sponsor agrees to pay the Sponsorship Fee according to the following schedule:

  • 50% (USD 50,000) upon signing of this Agreement
  • 50% (USD 50,000) no later than 30 days before the Event

The Organizer may withhold sponsorship benefits until payment has been received.

5. Sponsor Materials

The Sponsor shall provide its logo, brand assets, company description, speaker details, and any required booth or workshop materials by deadlines provided by the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for delayed or omitted branding if the Sponsor fails to provide materials on time.

6. Event Changes

The Sponsor acknowledges that the venue is currently TBD. The Organizer may change the venue, event layout, schedule, speakers, or programming where reasonably necessary. A change of venue within Malaysia shall not be considered a cancellation of the Event.

7. Cancellation

If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer and not rescheduled, the Sponsor will be entitled to a refund of sponsorship fees paid, less any non-recoverable costs already committed specifically for the Sponsor. If the Sponsor cancels its participation, sponsorship fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Brand Usage

The Sponsor grants the Organizer permission to use its name, logo, and brand materials for the purpose of promoting and delivering MALAIA26. The Organizer grants the Sponsor permission to refer to itself as the Title Partner of MALAIA26 after signing and payment.

9. Liability

Each party shall be responsible for its own acts, omissions, employees, contractors, and representatives. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
